New Study: Exercise for GI Health
Researchers at the University of Newcastle are recruiting for a study investigating the relationship between exercise and GI health.
Who can participate?
- Individuals with functional gastrointestinal disorders such as functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Age over 18 years
What does the study involve?
First you will be asked to maintain your usual exercise and diet habits for 8 weeks. You will then participate in 8 weeks of FREE exercise sessions, supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. You will also undergo testing of your health and fitness before and after the intervention at the University of Newcastle Callaghan campus. Free parking will be provided.
