New Study: Circadian Rhythms and IBS
Researchers at the University of Newcastle are recruiting for a study investigating the relationship between circadian rhythms and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Who can participate?
– Aged 18 and over
– Diagnosis of IBS-D, IBS-C or overlapping IBS and functional dyspepsia
– Willing to answer questionnaires and provide blood, saliva and stool samples
– Able to commit to a two week study
Healthy volunteers are also needed with no diagnosed gut disorder or gut symptoms.
